Time and space just for you to be seen, heard and supported! We focus on what you need-where life is inefficient, frustrating, stalled out, confusing, overwhelming, unbalanced, and lonely. Our sessions include me asking agile questions, responding and adapting to work with your train of thought, nuances in tone, your pace, curiosities, concerns and discoveries, all while keeping us on track to reach your intended goal. We’ll emerge with greater awareness, clarity, connection to self, and next steps for positive change.

Belief and Motivation

  • The first step to achieving any goal and embracing change is believing that it is possible...not what others believe is possible! They will not be setting up the strategy and doing the work. We need to get to what you actually believe and build out from there!

  • It’s easy to have goals and know what you want. Even laying out a strategy of getting there is doable but to maintain consistency and effort in a focussed direction you will need the fuel of your ‘why’.

Trust and Authenticity

  • It’s not always easy to open up to what you really think or feel and then to have to do that with someone else can feel like a lot. I want to provide you a safe and comfortable space where you experience my value of ‘being real’. The greater your connection to your whole self the more impactful the work.

  • Understanding your authentic self is akin to recognizing both the hardware and software of a computer. This enables optimal functionality, allowing for targeted and impactful updates, and problem solving tailored to its unique design
